    Your only option is to call them and explain why you put fake bank information in to verify your Paypal.

    If it was a made up account? Then no you can't. You're lucky they don't pursue the matter further because that's technically fraud and you could be in serious trouble for faking a bank account. $7 will be the least of your worries then.
