i got an account banned for marcoing but i heard u can get unbanned if u send a mail what sould i mail?

 

That's not true, you don't get unbanned from sending them an e-mail. In fact, you can't send them an e-mail because they don't read the e-mails. The computer controls their e-mail not a person. If you want it unbanned than go to the appeal ban/mute section of the Runescape home page.

 

maybe he meant snail mail? that would show you cared about it more

I was perm muted, no appeals, I sent them an email there and a jmod squashed the offence. This was back in 2007.

 

Don't bother, really. They probably get a lot of mail as it is. The chances of it getting read are slim. You can try, never hurts to try but I wouldn't even bother.

 

This does work still, I just emailed them about my banned account and I got a large swift reply about it.

 

Agreed. Just appeal the old fashioned way.

 

It's worth a shot, right?

 

They have more important things to read about, don't waste their time.
