    Hey guys, i had some questions about the terms and requirements for listing account sales on sythe.

    So the question mainly pertained to the recovery/account lock responsibility. The accounts i was looking to sell are all unregistered and have dud emails. So theres nothing more I can do in terms of unlocking them other than telling the buyer to register his email through the website before loggin in.

    that is to say if the account was to be locked Im as able to unlock it as anyone else
    which is not able to lol

    further there is a statement regarding a warranty time which specifies a minimum of 30 days. however in the TOS guide posted by andy it states I can specify the warranty time in my own TOS. Seemed contradicting maybe I misinterpreted it.

    Also these accounts are pretty mysc and I was hoping to be allowed tojust post the relevant levels in question as most stats are just 1 and it wouldnt be hard to find them in hiscores.

    I can send you my current TOS draft aswell to make sure its in compliance. I think it is, maybe theres some stuff I can go into more detail if needed.

    Hello @Pit Boss,

    If you are the original owner, know the recovery information, or have trained the account, then the statement above is not true.

    When you submit a recovery request, you'll be asked to provide information such as: Date of birth, when the account was created, ISP, membership payment method. Any additional information, or submitting your request from the same ISP, may increase your chances of a successful recovery.

    You can specify the warranty in your ToS, but the minimum is 30 days. However, if you do not specify a warranty, then by default it is 2 years for any accounts sold after certain date (I can't remember this date from the top of my head, it's in the news section above rules).

    Your 99 FM ironmen starters are standard and there's A LOT of them. We on sythe, don't consider them unique enough to warrant a permission to blur more than 5 stats.
    If you are referring to a different, more rare account build, please contact any staff member.

    Staff is often very helpful, or at least try to be, but you should remember that we in general do not validate ToS per request, unless there's a dispute. It is your responsibility.

    they are 99 STR HCIM with 10 hp lol
    Strength. i know the 99 fm ones are very common.
