Joe Hazely Is A Scammer

Joe Hazely, a well known pin seller/rsgp seller is a scammer. I will be putting as much proof I need into this and make him get banned because of his stupid "time xfer method". In the pictures below you will see our conversation, I will also post many thread links to his "Rwt Guide Selling Threads" which he has like a few, around 5-6 of them. I also want to say that when I bought this guide, the guide was not verified at all, and he barely explained it and was forcing me to buy it for me to understand it. I had no clue of what I was buying. Also, he never explained that you need a team of people, an highly skilled to be able to do this. His requirements which are listed is a piss of crap. You have to kill this really strong monster and get a drop off him to be able to xfer the money. The main reason that he is scamming is that he never actually explained it properly, and barely explained what a time xfer was and barely anyone would know what is time xfer. Basically the guide he sales is not even an xfer method, it's a gold farming method, if I was able to post it, I could prove it.

The first to the fourth thread links are non verified guides which he sold. But then he got it verified by r33l2r3al. In the pictures below, you'll see that he said he won't get it verified since he thinks that all these mods would fuck tards who will share it with everyone. Also from thread 1-4 says that it's an "xfer method", which is not even an xfer method at all. I could easily go just make a poll in the Black Market Lounge, and ask everyone "What is an xfer method" and they would say "It's transferring money from one account to another". I do not understand how and what is a time xfer. The guide that he sent me was a gold farming guide, but he never explained at all and was forcing me to buy it. If this report does not go in properly I will start a poll in the Blackmarket Lounge and see what happens.
