Report/post/reason that got you banned: Never banned, but was given DNT due to having another person's Discord contact in my posts and Discord, as we were partners at the time (which has now ceased). Here is the link to the accusation Suspected Evasion

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
I have spoken to KangarooKing (previous partner, reason for which I was given DNT for) and I understand that the DNT that was applied due to his affiliation on the Sythe threads for advertising and the Discord itself.

We were both co-owners of the discord, although he was the main go to guy in the beginning due to having more knowledge about names. I have made an arrangement IRL with Kangarooking and I have received full ownership of the discord in return, as he understands it is unfair for also my work to be tarnished due to his ban. He will no long be a part of the group, nor his name placed as a contact.

I have removed everything off MY Sythe account which has anything to do with him, and I am in talks with my GFX guy to only have my discord placed in all my banners.

This is my personal account, and if an IP audit is conducted you will see I am the sole person to have logged in, on computer and phone.

Moving forward I will be more wary of who I go into business with (in regards to Sythe rules). I will attach screenshots showing me being the sole owner of the Discord now, and of the accused user leaving my Discord after we had discussed the accusations and past offenses.

For these reasons I request a pardon.

Our discussion was via phone call, I have no screenshots to share.

 

The arrangement was full ownership of the Discord/business and the full current list of names, I owned 50% to begin with. I've paid for the 50% that he owns to have full ownership, and a fee for taking full control of the Discord. He's left the server, and to avoid any further issues, has agreed to not join even as a customer. Once again, apologies for the inconvenience.

 

I paid in OSRS GP, I do not RWT. As mentioned in my ads, I accept OSRS/RS3 GP only.

 

No, I did not even think to screenshot it, I did not realize I would need "proof." I personally did nothing wrong and did not break any rules.
