    In the case of a laptop.. yes.

    If you want to put together a desktop, RAM is fairly easy to upgrade.

    Alright, I'm just going to find a prebuilt on a well known website and you can see if you can find it on a retailer closer to you.

    Yes. Newegg is one of the most reputable North America electronics/online goods retailers. It is extremely well known and I have experienced excellent service from them.

    Keep in mind that they are based in North America, so shipping may be a hassle.

    It'd be less complicated to, yes but you can install RAM on some laptops. It isn't worth trying though
