"Make" a server? I can teach you everything you need to know to create/host your own.

However, I cannot host one for you.

 

alright what do i need to know? and stuff my friend says its not east making a sever

 

It isn't. Unless you have your own dedicated server or amazing internet, you may want to consider purchasing a counterstrike server from a hosting reseller.

The only thing you need to do after obtaining a server is set up the WCS Zombie Mod, which is actually just a few files you copy over.

Afterwards, you fine tune the settings to your taste.

 

well i dont want to buy an sever but i have an computer on i can host the sever on

 

Self-hosting a server, especially a Zombie Modded CSS server, will not work efficiently on a home network. Others will have an extremely hard time connecting to your server and you will find that it will lag your entire network. Your server will also ping poorly.

Unless you are creating the server to play LAN games with friends, I would suggest looking into a CSS server host.
