You're so right I hate them so much.They usually can be found in the fishing guild not talking to people lower than their combat,waiting for someone to tell them about a new quest or item they've done.
I have another you can add.

The returned player.
This type of player has about 0 friends and asks stupid question while member.This player is created when he/she quits for a couple of months or years and returns to runescape fascinated by the updates.Rants in forums about membership cost being almost $6.00 USD and nearly orgasms when he/she finds out what he's/she's been missing.
