Bungie can not prove you bought the account. So slim to none. Don't worry about it anyway. I've purchased/traded accounts with around a dozen people and no problems.

Whats the chance of someone recovering there account?

 

If you change the email , the recovery question, the alternate email, the password and the contact information (adress, telephone, name) , its nearly impossible for someone to get there account back, ive bought and sold many halo accounts and never had one recovered from me.

I have several accounts with RECON on them, but none have any MW2 games played. Just click the link in my signature and you xcan see them all.

Also, no you can't get banned as long as you don't go on bungie and post about buying an account. I have sold/traded hundreds of accounts for the last 2 years and no issues.

 

Wsup Den basically has it all done. Make sure you only go first to trusted people so you aren't scammed. It's good to use a middle man if you cannot come to an agreement. Anyhow, just change the email, password, registered info and security question. You can also add an xbox live passcode to your account. Be sure to change your password every few months and be sure it's a strong one at that.

 

i have a 50 in dubs with 75 xp out of 94 games, and 14 days of live left, i have a 50 with 4k customs 530 out of 640 xp , its has 46 in mlg 47 in slayer 48 in dubs and live til August 16, 2010. i also have a mlg 50 with over 300 loses int eam slayer so a great booster.
