Account Recovery Already Talked to SuF :S:S

Well i made a Dispute a Couple days ago And SuF Asked me to add him on MSN So i did he asked me a couple of questions then he said he would pm an Admin about Changing my password to My Account That got Keylogged.

He said it would take 2-3 Days but its been like a week so i asked him what was Happening and I think he thought i was Someone Else and I think (not sure) He blocked me cause i was Maybe Bugging him when he was Busy cause i havent seen him Online.

Is there anyway I can get My Account back? I already got it banned.
