Need help, selling $50,000-$100,000 website on Flippa

Hi,

I am posting this here because it is where all the programmers are, and they have most likely sold sites before so they can assist me, please do not move or delete it.

I want to know what is the safest payment method, is it escrow.com or western union, or wire transfer? Can any of these 3 be ANY how reversed, or anything of that sort? I will not use paypal for sure.

Which one is safest? Also, if I choose western union, will the buyer have all my info; name, address, etc?

If I use escrow.com, can you set the inspection period for any amount or does it have to be at least 'x' amount of days?
