Sir Alex - Power Boosting scam

Explanation of the trade:
I've been getting TOB HM done from Alex and his Discord Power Boosting. I created a ticket in the discord, and then everything was handled via Dms between me and Alex. Whilst having 50kc done, I wasn't logging in to my account at all since I know the booster (Who I assumed is Alex, I now think he had someone else do it for him) was playing most of the time. He also stated that he had been in the hospital for a few days, yet kc had been done?
How they scammed:
Stole majority of bank value, changed pin code, then contacted me saying code wasn't working and had me do a 7day recovery. 600m out of 1.9b had been left untouched, which I believe is a way to make the scam look more believable in case I report it. And just one day before Alex contacted me telling me my pin had been changed, he "warned" me there was imposters about trying to use his name to scam. I obviously have not fallen for that since I always click "message" on the Discord server to directly message Alex. So I think he possibly used that to have an imposter scam alibi. Ever since he have taken 0 responsability, refused to pay me collateral, and I'm hence forced to make a report to make sure it's being put on the record. Thank you

Good day,
Story began when Amberfield asked for some PVM kill count (Tob Hard mode) as a login service,
at this time account bank value was over 3b
Once we finished first order (50kc) she keep adding more KC till 196 kc in total which equivalent to +3.5b osrs gp (1.6k USD).
Once the last order neared to finish (last 13 kc) our worker logged in as usual to finish the order he found that the bank pin was changed, when we asked her about the new pin she said i didn't change it lets wait 7 day (bank pin recovery period).
When bank is unlocked she told me oh bank is only 600m/1900m.

1- is it logic that worker with over 3b Deposit amount will risk it for 1.3b ?
2- is it logically that i do end game PVM activities which required restock supplies every 15 to 20 minuets on account without bank pin ?
3- if it's really scam, why should scammer keep ~40% of bank value inside the account ! i believe those points will makes the topic more clear.

I would like you to know that we running our business for like 7.5 months with total business volume till now is about 230b (115k USD)

Last thing i want to add, We don't use Sythe.org that much, we only have profile that to prove our identity. I'm just here now respecting you & your website.

I was never asked to agree to the TOS.

But Alex and me has been purely communicating in DMS ever since first creating the ticket, which would also be against their "TOS". So at this point the TOS is obsolete. My ticket was even removed, I can't see it anymore.
