MITD, I'm having a hard time getting irit seeds on one of my accounts (got over 10k on other). Would you say its safe to buy raw/clean irit herbs? Because of the item chaining, they should go up too

It might be a good idea, but seeds aren't part of as direct an item chain as, say, rune bars and platebodies because most herbs are obtained from drops. Try buying seeds directly after the GE update, you usually get a bunch.
