Defeated scammed me.

Im mostly reporting this for future reference and Ive already talked to a moderator to assess the situation. Yesterday I traded my account Oh Sry Owned for Defeated's account Xtc Rage Xtc this morning I tried to log on just to find out someone had tried to recover it and it had been locked, I currently have an appeal for it. Defeated had originally told me that he was the original owner, but in a recent private message he claims it was the previous owner who must of recovered it. He then threatens to get me banned which is why I am here. I have much more to lose than him. I currently do NOT have any screenshots of our MSN conversation. I do however have screenshots of the account being locked in its present state and I have private messages of him confirming it was his account. I suspect that he may have some MSN conversations so if he reports me they can also be used to support my case. I did what any other person would do in a situation like that, I immediately recovered my account thinking I had been scammed. Now this report isn't for him to necessarily get banned although if he did that would be great. This is more of a fall back plan incase he reports me and a member of the staff were to take his side. Ive got msn conversations with the moderator and I assessing the situation. Im simply trying to avoid getting banned for recovering my account from a scam attempt. I told him once the account gets unlocked I will gladly give a refund.

Still no reply, the lock appeal has been denied so I told him its up to him to unlock it.
