Looking for POSITIVE EXP booster

I'm looking for booster for Halo 3. Here are the requirements:

-Must be a positive EXP booster
-Must have at least a month of live
-Preferably 800 MSP or more on the account. Doesn't have to have any though.
-Double Team and/or Team Slayer booster

Nothing else. I won't be paying paypal for this. When we come to an agreement, either you will go first or we use a middle man of my choice/that I agree to. 1 month of live card put on it fresh today. 201 exp in Doubles, need's to be de-ranked (45, was a 49.) Which is what i'm working on right now. Sorry it's not gold barz
