    80 infections

I just scanned my computer and found 80 infections, holy fuck. I put them under quarantine and demolished them. No worries now. The thing is that none of them affected my computer. I had a bunch of trojans and worms but none affected anything. None of them stole any of my Runescape accounts, Facebook accounts, E-mails, or credit card numbers. Why is this? Are the viruses out of date?

Also every time I scan my computer with intelli scan I keep getting this advertisement worm and stuff like that. Then when I eliminate it comes back. What is it?

Maybe you should ask this in the Tech Support section.

But from my knowledge, it could be that you're one of the people that they did not check on the keylogged list. Or the viruses could have just slowed down your computers processing.

And the worm, some viruses are just too hard to get rid of through a bad anti-virus program. You're going to have to hard delete the virus. I'll link you.

No I got the majors deleted but the thing I'm wondering about is why didn't I ever notice I've had the viruses this whole time. My computer was its normal speed and everything was fine.

Please explain what system 32 is and why the computer works faster if you delete it.

DO NOT delete system 32. Your computer will be useless.

Change all your password's because it's most likely the sender of the trojans hasn't checked the logs yet.

System32 is a file that store all the seemingly neccessary files and other miscellaneous junk that comes with things you download. It could come with your game bot download, your porn download, or even when you download a picture to set as your avatar. It's sad that many people know about it, it's extremely obvious. Hence my signature.

Anwyay, it stores files and programs that basically just collect dust and clutter up your hard-drive. Some computers don't let you delete folders that have to deal with the System property and command (even though most system files are useless) but it usually works.

Common mistake. Thanks for your concern Invasion, but you're thinking of System 14. Weird to mix those numbers up, but they are quite similiar. However, the difference is that System 14 not only holds junk files and programs, it also harbors key commands needed to run your computer. System 14 is key to your computer.

    Too much porn.
I had a similar problem, though it was only 23 viruses. I checked the root files and they were back-doors from some games I downloaded. Just a quick quarantine and they were gone.
I strongly recommend McAfee Anti-Virus. It works amazingly and it has a killer anti-spyware system.

You'd have to be pretty fucking stupid to have that many infections... No-one has common sense any more?

My main Anti-Virus is NOD32, I use Malwarebytes to remove small infection and I use Spy Ware Doctor to remove major ones like trojans.

No problem but just remember never delete system32.

The best anti-virus i'd say is mcafee.
