Selling a RS account with no rep/background

Hi,

What advice do people have to somebody like me who has no reputation on this forum (or any RS forum) and is wanting to sell their account quickly after no longer playing the game?

I have read a lot regarding how online reputation can affect the price that you are offered for your account and i get that this is understandable but if you don't buy/sell GP or haven't used any 3rd party services or bought or sold accounts in the past. How do you build your reputation?

I think a good example of the above is that my account is an Iron with 500M bank and 2150~ total level (99 rc/mine/craft etc) and was offered $350 USD by an online company for the account.

If i de ironed my account and sold the GP separate i would get close to that for the GP alone, obviously i understand that reputation means a lot but to basically value the account as 0? so how can it be improved? I also see people with huge rep still with accounts for sale from months ago that still go unsold.

Any advice would be welcomed that helps to to shift my account or build rep.
