Locking feedback/suggestions

Staff, has this become your new habit?

Do you lock feedback/suggestions simply because you don't like them?

You have recently locked mine, and haven't given a reason.
I posted completely valid feedback/suggestion without being rude, and you do this.

This brings a very bad image to your staff as ignorant and impolite.

Please unlock the topic, and allow discussion to occur and give us your opinion on it.

 

Or try reading our responses to the other 50 threads about the same thing. Just because you decide to make a duplicate thread doesn't mean our answer is going to change.

 

Perhaps you could link me to one?

There is a simple way to stop all the threads being posted about this...do something about it. Surely members should be able to feel safe when trading, and it shouldn't be necessary to search through hundreds of reports to know if your dealing with somebody legit.
Also, what if they are dealing with somebody who is scamming for the first time, how would they know they aren't legit. You could take every precaution possible, use an OMM etc, but for example say your buying an account, even with taking precautions it can still be recovered.

 

With suggestions, I think a response should always be given. Feedback, nah.

 

Yeah i realised i posted in the wrong section after..
