Red phat or Green?

personally, white. matches well with pretty much any skill cape. if u must get one of those 2...

red just cus it matches your goal. do u alreadt have a 99(s)? if no, do u plan on trimming?

 

id get red, i think it would look awesome with agility cape (t)

RED green doesn't match with anything, though phats are rising so gl getting one.

 

I like red better, but you should get one that compliments your gear.

Red party hate, red and white scarf, hp skill cape, dragon gauntlets, dragon boots, any dragon weapon/red weapons, and a dragon square shield or no shield would look beast

 

Go green. I love fluorescent colors. Red matches every armor, but green stand out like a soar... green.... infected thumb =).

 

Green is my favorite out of all of them with a trimmed herby cape, just wow

Like Divine God said earlier, you can't buy a partyhat with that much money. You need more then double of what your buying so I would forget about it.

 

then get red not sure on price difference. try to keep at least 10m cash or your gonna be tempted to sell the hat :\
