I agree, a bit big for siggy but its a nice look pic.

 

The showcase isn't just for signatures.

It looks REALLY good. It has nice effects, and I like how you kinda cartonifed it.

I love how the picture came out.

Personally, I like fillers and don't really like that much white space. If it were me, I would try to find some filler to replace the white spots. But that's just me and my opinion. Not really an avid PHP user, but I use it a lot and mess around a lot.

 

True, i did have a background first, but removed it as this looked better

It actually turned out REALLY well in my opinion ^_^
BUT, some critique: Completely remove any border... makes it look tacky...
Same with the text, try a more simplistic font such as Impact and lower the opacity of it so you can barely see it, the overdone design of your current one (for the word "Dance") looks rank...
