Life is a bitch, but yet we still try
At the end of the day we can still get high
Cause fuck the memories that feed my distortion
Fucking up my head everything's outta proportion
This chemical unbalance is making me unstable
What is there to offer or bring to the table?
At the end of the day I still fall asleep
Time to look at what I got, and what I wanna keep.

Nah, she didn't mind it. She just told me I wasn't allowed to read that one when we had to pick one of our poems to read aloud.
