I don't see what the problem is; wait 5 minutes?

If you are logged in and they don't let you download more on that account simply create a new one.

(Sorry if I didn't understand what your problem is?)

 

The problem is I've "reached the download limit for free-users" if I wait 5 minutes will i be able to?

You can do a few things
1) Proxy
2) Free Link Generator (basically like a proxy script)
3) Buy premium
4) Look for those free locked/shared premium accounts
5) Wait 5 minutes. Eventually you'll be capped for 24 hours.

 

So if i keep waiting 5 minutes and downloading another it will work till i max for 24 hours? i just need to download some brushes for PS.

 

Yea that'll work.

 

Just wait the 5 minutes. If all you're doing is downloading brushes, you should be fine. If you're downloading anything that is quite a few parts in size rapidshare is not the way to go unless you have a premium account/premium link generator.

 

Just wait the 5 mins or use a proxy.

 

Could always just create a new account with/without a proxy, happy downloading

 

Free users do not need accounts to download from Rapidshare.
