    Communism

    True Communism requires four steps

Step I is a capitalist society, if you will Lesse Fair (sorry for bad spelling)

Step II is a people's rebellion, in which the proletariat of a country rise up against the middle and upper classes

Step III is where most countries reside. It is a total dictatorship.

Step IV is for the Dictator to relinquish power, and everyone is exactly equal. This step requires absolute selflessness, and is next to unattainable

    Is communism attainable

In a very temporary period of time, possibly. However, it inevitably fails.

Humans are inherently greedy, and because of this communism will never work permanently on a large scale.

And as Finn said, during human history as a whole there have been many examples of small scale communist-like societies.

    Communism

True communism doesn't allow "a state, money, no inequality and most important of all, religion." Our world has never known real communism because in a real communistic country everyone would get what he needed. Everyone would have to work as much as he could. If you'd need oil for your car or bread to eat you'd get it for free (no money so no reason to be stealing). And there would be no thing known as religion; Karl Marx & Engels were both Atheïsts.

Communism will never be attainable because there will always be religion.
Humans will always seek for more power then the other so there will be no inequality. People's morals will go down because most of them will work their asses lose most of it in return.

Note: People can tell you whatever they want to but the truth is that our would has never experienced true communism; Stalin was only claiming to be a communist so he would have communists on his side but was actually a dictator. How do I know that Stalin wasn't a real communist? He studied Priesthood on his younger ages and Moskou was the centrum of the eastern-Orthodox Churche in Europe and communism clearly prohibited religion and churches.

I hope this answers your question and closes this thread.

It's a given fact that Stalin did not practice Communism; he practiced Stalinism.
Err, you didn't explain how religion hinders the effectiveness of Communism.
    ,
Edit: Oh, and, Marx was NOT an atheist. If you've read at all about Marx past wikipedia, you'd know that Marx's father was Jewish and converted to Christianity in order to be accepted in German society. Marx always considered himself Jewish and his friends and wife called him "The Jew". Gtfo.

    Communism

My school did an exercise involving candy. The first step was rock paper scissors for candy. The second was rock paper scissors, but with people withuot candy being given candy by the rich. The last was equally dividing the candy up. The class was the most angry with the third (not even being told it was communism) The class also yelled to assassinate( the person handing out money).

To be honest I don't exacly know the reasons why religion was prohabited (though I am 100% sure it is as stated in Marx' manifest itself) I have an assuming. My assumption is that through our ages most of the wars have been because of the differences in opinions in religion. Marx' manifest stated that in real communism there would be no state. In other words there wouldn't be a couple of rulers. Though as we all know the churche does have a couple of rulers f.e. the Pope. Communism is most likely based on the term "All humans are created equal." I hope this explains you more.

Fallacy; Marx was an atheïst. The following link will learn you how Marx turned into one. http://www.adherents.com/people/pm/Karl_Marx.html google up this quote "Karl Marx Atheism" if you don't find this link "trustworthy"

Sure, it's possible. I don't think it's likely though, as people will see that it sucks and change their minds.

Maybe you should read a book about Marx and his theory; the internet is surprisingly unreliable.

Because everyone ends up incredibly poor, with an undeveloped economy, based on factory and farm labor.

I kind of like it and kind of don't. Look what happened to Russia after the war ended and communism. I lived there and I know what's going on there. The economy is the worst economy ever. People try to steal anything just to make money.

I think true anarchism is achievable before true communism >.>

People are being pushed too far, and with the trade of information growing, they're becoming less and less tolerant of governments and people in power.

Though, anarchism and communism do have a lot in common, I think anarchism is closer to libertarianism than communism is.
