Explanation of the trade: He was MMing $1000 pot OSRS dm, 500 from each side. Person who was my opponent is ".P" on discord - Have no video, but all proof was in discord ticket we were speaking in, in the "Trusted DMs" discord (which Yirru purposely deleted the ticket so i dont get proof)

How they scammed: I was DMing $500 with another member of Trusted DMs discord, we were to fight at duel arena. Yirru was MMing it. (Yirru is known to be friends with this guy im fighting btw)

At beginning of fight, i was inside pvp zone waiting for opponent, and was spam clicking him in order to begin fight.

Opponent went on his alt and told me to show him my ring, while i was still in pvp zone. I took ring off and went to trade him, STOPPED SPAM CLICKING, and in this time he went on the account he is fighting me on and specced me while im running inside the safe zone to show him ring.

Yirru said this is a rematch if i vidded me trading / taking ring off, and if not it is considered a loss ( Screenshot - cb89dc2857c7758f692c0c394ada21b3 - Gyazo ), Upon discussion, opponent offered me a rematch with me giving him first hit.

I refused at first, because i believe that since i was tricked i deserve an equal chance.

Yirru stated himself that if i actually took ring off and ran in to trade, it would have been a fair RM. Although he was standing RIGHT THERE and watching, he still said i need a vid.

I proposed that since we are both Sythe users, we will let Sythe handle this. After i said that, Yirru said that i must fight the opponent again in the RM or else he will automatically win, and my money will be sent to him. i wanted Yirru to hold the money until a decision is made from Sythe team, but instead he blackmailed me into taking the RM which i lost. Even if i had won the RM, i would have made this report because he blackmailed me into it.

This is in no way fair, and Yirru himself said that if i were to vid the fact that i ran in to trade and show my ring, it would have been a rematch. EVEN THOUGH he saw it with his own eyes. Although there is no proof of the fight, all parties know what happened and it was apparent in the ticket that we were speaking in on "Trusted DMs" discord, Which Yirru purposely deleted.

Although Yirru, the opponent, and I confirmed that i will accept the RM : Screenshot - 13d32cd059ea8f21781499d5a9aadd78 - Gyazo , He still blackmailed me into taking the RM "now or i'm paying him"

I am mainly reported Yirru for blackmailing me and saying that if i did not take the Rematch the opponent will automatically win, and also for deleting all evidence in the ticket although i told him i am to record that whole chat since i will be submitting a sythe report.

Other relevant trade screenshots: A lot more relevant screenshots were in our Ticket which Yirru, opponent, and i were in, But Yirru deleted it ALTHOUGH i told him beforehand i will need the ticket chats as i am creating a sythe report

He was standing there watching, and saw me run towards safe zone. He still said i need video proof after he found out that my recording software wasn't on. Either way, he saw with his own eyes and still claimed he needs video proof because the other dude is his friend.

My main points are: He said he will automatically pay my opponent if i do not agree to the rematch where i give the opponent first hit.

He is known to be friends with this guy, although that is irrelevant, i was forced to take the RM in fear that he will pay the opponent without this being resolved.

Also: Within 5 minutes of me telling them that i will make a sythe report he deleted the ticket group chat that had even more evidence i didn't have time to collect.

This is what tells me it was on purpose, it was quickly deleted when i told him i will make a report.

 

You ran out into the pvp area, he asked you to show ring, you just stayed there for a min spam clicking him. Then he says wtv in the ticket and you run towards him, he then steps outside and ags specs you which means the dm has begun, you the proceeded to eat a food which is an insta-loss in a dm. I have nothing else to say, you were lucky he offered to RM you with you giving him first hit. You then decided to finally do the RM and lost and now here we are.

Please backup this statement. I am always fair when I MM dms, after I've MMd probably a thousand dms in the last month you're the only one to be so moronic and think it's fine to make someone wait 30 mins for you to come after you've already made your bet. At this point I had stopped recording cause you were gone 30 mins, Then you come back and run straight into PVP.

You also stated that you were drunk which is probably what lost you this money. Firstly you called a 5b 07 dm and said you wanted to do a 500$ bet??????????????

This is all I have to say. You are probably the most annoying customer I have ever dealt with but I still tried to be as fair as possible with you. That was an insta loss for you but I fought for you to get a rematch.

I said I was closing the ticket and you didn't reply, again making me wait forever for a response when it's 5 in the morning for me. If there's someway a mod can help us retrieve the dm ticket chat that would be great. It would prove even more how I'm right. And how annoying you were making us wait nearly 30 mins after we were all ready at the duel spot already.



The opponent hit a 71, the fact that he even got a RM starting at full HP he should be grateful. Also he took the RM, lost and then decided to still try and get his money back.

i took the RM because you blackmailed me into it by saying if i refuse to take it now, opponent will automatically win.

It states that if my opponent and i both agree on something, it is valid. In this case he asked me to show him my ring which i WAS going to do, but he decided to spec me while i was going to trade him.

Please any staff reading this report acknowledge this^ my own opponent asked me to show ring then specced me shortly after. How is that in any way fair? Right there the rules of discord claim that if both my opponent and i agree on something then it shall be valid.

In this case the "agreement" was that i am showing him my ring to prove i have it or whatever other reason he had for asking me

 

It was already an auto loss, I was just looking out for you by even getting you the RM. Would have saved me a lot of trouble if I just didn't try and get you the dm and just DQ'd you straight away.

You have no proof of this cause you weren't recording but the opponent showed that there was no trade from you. So you weren't even trying to trade him. You just misclicked and messed up the dm and now you're salty about that.

 

The point is, i wanted sythe officials to review the "auto loss" before the money is paid. You chose to blackmail me into taking the RM that i didn't want instead

To clarify, even if i won the forced Rematch i would still be making this report. In no way is it fair to have me AGAINST MY WILL fight the opponent although i don't think it was fair for me to be at that point in the first place. If i had a choice, i would have taken a refund or waiting for Sythe officials to direct us into what to do next.

But someone decided to blackmail me instead which really was pointless since although it was late for him and he said he has to go, we could have waited until tomorrow instead of him threatening to just pay my opponent.

 

It doesn't matter what you thought, you had already lost. You got that rm out of the kindness of my heart. Getting hit in a dm starts a dm no matter what. I posted the rules above, read them.

 

My opponent wanted proof that i am risking the correct things that we agreed on beforehand.

The DM should not have considered to be started since he was not certain if i was risking the proper things since HE ASKED.
If he wants to check if im risking proper gear and i agree to showing him, just because he hit me does not mean that it started. He asked for a pause and i granted it to him, and was going to show him that i was risking the ring like he asked.

What if i didn't show him, and he said some shit like i didn't prove that i was risking it? I bet you would have taken his side then as well.

 

Doesn't matter you took more than 30 seconds to come back into the safe zone, by that time, he already said wtv in the chat (indicating he didn't care bout the ring cause you were taking your sweet time for everything) and proceeded to run out and spec you while you were still in the wilderness. The DM had already started there and you decided to eat, which you cannot do in any circumstance once a dm has started.

If a mod can pm me on disc, I can show you guys how much time he wasted and then when he was asked to show ring, he just stalled.

 

im done talking to u, aint here to argue. Lets let the staff take care of this man i just feel cheated and now you're making it worse. After reading a bunch of reports ik that they will ask of us what is necessary

 

Honestly looking back at this i was just annoyed that the other dude tricked me & that i didn't know it would count as a loss.

Yirru had no fault and he did get me the rm with other dude's first hit which was still cool.

I was annoyed as hell about getting tricked when i made this & my apologies for that.. Staff please close this thread
