My Suggestion. Please Take Time To Read.

As many people may not be aware of this, many services have now been saying
"My msn has been hacked, dont trade with it".
But if you look further more into detail, you will see that this has been posted after a customer purchased something.

Here is the concept:

Make a thread, saying add "[email protected]" for my services.
Get a customer willing to pay a large sum of money.
Make that customer pay, then change the email on your thread to
"[email protected]". Notice the difference. @live and @hotmail.
Anyway, this gives you the money, yet lets you keep your service up and running.

What my suggestion is:
Have a "Sign up Service" thread, where services need to apply, and their application is thoroughly reviewed.
1 requirement being "Email" which is never removed. It is almost like a sticky, but in an individual thread. If that email gets "Hacked"(Low chances due to msn's security) The entire thread is closed, and the service owner needs to re apply with a new email address.

I know this would cause alot of work for mods, but it will also be a great anti scam.
Please review thoroughly.

Or just ask for a pm and read the email correctly. Or have them add you on MSN first and ask for a PM.

As i said, read toroughly..
Its not an actual scammer on the msn, its the actual service worker.
He just scams, then says on thread "That msn got hacked" so he doesnt get in trouble..

With my service, i own both email adress's and i posted it on my thread.
This is my anti impersonation

 

1. The font is a pain to read
2. If the worker claims the MSN was hacked, they can't explain how the 'hacked' MSN was sending Sythe PM's.

So if you get a PM it's them, logically.

 

And again, you should always use peoples services at your own risk. If you get scammed, it's because you were doing something wrong.

 

If your too much of a dumbass to not take precautions, you shouldn't be trading anyway.

Ive done 17 trades so far 7 of which were vouchd and 3 of which were trades. NOT ONE ASKED FOR PM.

Sitting there 'thoroughly reviewing' peoples applications for services, which probably only get 1 customer a week, maybe even month.

Well of course it will help but it will be too time-consuming to do. I originally had the idea of not being able to post e-mails, and having to submit it into a permanent field. To change it you'd have to contact a moderator. But yeah, it won't happen.

This is total waste of time to do. It is the buyer's job to make sure they're trading with the person they're supposed to (like others said via pm)

Also, if your MSN gets hacked, you are responsible for paying back the scammed victims.

Also, at the original post, what if the buyer takes a screenshot of the thread with the seller's original msn?
