    Hello, Didn't want to do this but i've used Chicks for a long time for GP & Services but after the way one of the discord managers spoke to me i had no choice.

    Not sure how This will help me in any way however I know they can't watch every trainer the size of the company / Services they offer this shouldn't happen apparently their going to give me a email for jagex and i can email them with the level images to get unbanned i've never heard of this below is images of the chat i have tried to resolve with them on their discord. Apparently as they say in the chat this happens when the trainer plays for 12h days how ever it took them 3 days for 700k xp

    As i said i would of preferred this to be resolved by Chicks some how I don't know how but i think everything said in this response is wrong and the person in this chat is just digging their selves a hole.

    Hi there, in absolutely no way shape or form did I dig myself into a hole , my shift just simply ended and I took a break as it is 11 pm for me and I cannot physically be online 24/7.

    In regards to your statement, let me put some context towards my words :

    In the past with some other trainers, they received a macro ban. I asked them to provide runelite screenshots to prove that there was no usage of bots/macros involved and they duly provided that. With the first customer that received it I didn't tell them to appeal anything because I didn't know such thing is possible, but provided all of the screenshots to him. After some days , the customer notified me that the account got unbanned and that they emailed Jagex with all of the screenshots saying that they were just on holiday compared to before and decided to play more on the account and that jagex unbanned the account stating it was an error. This happened around 6-7 months ago and since then we've had 4-5 other customers have the same thing happen to them and all of them bar one(which was compensated because it was obvious macros were used) got their account unbanned afterwards which is why I told you that I believe that it was a false flag and that you can do the same thing the other customers did. If proof is required of said claims , I can provide them privately to the person handling this as they do contain sensitive ticket information.

    Now, there's multiple things to take into account as well, such as the fact that this is the trainer's first problem that arises after working with us and finishing orders with us without any problem at all.

    Does that mean that everything is 1 + 1 = 2 that the trainer didn't macro? Absolutely not, but based on our previous experience with him , giving him more than 3 hours to respond is in my opinion something that should be a thing and as of writing this message, he is yet to reply with the screenshots, as he is on a different timezone than you and I.

    I sincerely apologize if you found my messages insulting in any way as that was definitely not the intention. Since you've decided to opt for the sythe route - could you please provide a screenshot of the ban whilst you're at it.

    I'd also like to state the obvious - if you wanted to fix this by us somehow, you would've waited more than 2 hours between contacting us and the sythe dispute and it's not like we didn't answer you, because we did.

    6. No full refund will be provided when an account is banned. All services are rendered by hand. (doesn't mean that if the trainer macro'd we're not liable, but posting this there since it will be asked for by sythe mods)

    So basically because I reported this to Sythe your not going to resolve it? You said waited 3 hours its now been over 9 hours and have still not done what you said.
    I understand the TOS how ever being banned for macro when you claim hand trained is pretty much just a cop out. I know many players who play this game for over 10 hours and have yet to be banned for macro the reason I reported this to sythe is to make them aware or the situation as many times Sythe I feel is the only protection for the customer in a situation like this. You have not tried to resolve it in anyway apparently there's a email address for jagex I have been playing for over 10 years I may be wrong but I'm sure they stopped allowing customers to email direct years ago. You say the trainers in a diff time zone how ever he was playing well out of his time zone numerous occasions during the order that being said did you use one or more trainers I do not know. As for looking for compensation I'm not sure how you can give compensation even if you tried to refund the order amount I wouldn't even be able to purchase a zulrah account with it.

    Below is how the chat is going nothing as progressed I have upset the person dealing with me I think how ever that's not my intention I have posted the image just to show how it's currently going and how the trainer still hasn't responded

    In no way shape or form did I mention that I'm not going to resolve this because you went to sythe. My message was about the fact that you gave us little time to get in contact with the trainer, which again is completely fine but it was just a remark.

    I've sent you the screenshots on discord and you can appeal it via their web page as well ( something I've recently been notified you can do as well ). Let me know how that goes but if it goes like the other customers, you will be unbanned.

    To clarify my last message a little bit - this trainer hasn't received 7 macro bans that have all been quashed, it's his first one and all of the other macro bans were received by separate trainers hence my reasoning that it is a possibility to get the account unbanned and again, I am more than happy to provide the proof that other customers have been unbanned.

    Our conversations are going to lead in an endless loop of "if we analyze this pixel it's evident that he was botting/macroing'' and so forth so I think it's best to wait for the appeal result and go from there.

    Update The account is now unbanned.
    I appealed the account on the day it was banned and Jagex have decided it was someone on the account obviously.
    I am pleased with this but unfortunately I am still upset over what happened and even more upset that i will not be using chicks for Any Services or GP. The end result is there was really no help from Chicks staff directly I'm not going to say Keeno was telling Lies i think Keeno truthfully does not have enough information at hand of Jagex or OSRS To reply to my questions and Accusations.

    In the end i was unsatisfied with the support I received and I could see if it went the other way and i was banned i would receive no compensation or help due to there TOS which makes no sense they are not responsible for any bans including macro bans. So basically if we bot and get you banned we will say we didn't bot and send you our TOS.

    I would like to thank everyone at Sythe who took time to read and like the post and also those who reached out to try and help by private messaging me.

    The point of the TOS is to avoid the situation that PVM services had for example. I've gone against the TOS multiple times(i.e when it was a clear exit scam from the trainer or he had no proof to provide) and I can truthfully tell you that since the trainer didn't have all of the screenshots as he played from mobile , (something which is he meant to have as we require a pic of all levels) had you not been unbanned I would've offered you a replacement account with similar account and stats because even if the trainer didn't bot/macro, there was no proof to back it up from him.

    I'll reiterate my message on discord and agree with you, you should've received better worded answers and communication but we live and we learn from our mistakes. Feel free to pick up the compensation anytime. I'm just glad this was resolved.
