    Strict XHTML/CSS Template

    This is just a basic starting template. I use it all the time when I start making a new website. It's for strict XHTML only. It has the main basic meta tags, favicon inclusion, external style sheet, and the necessary headings.

    ok great, but unless there is a specific need of x/html, why not just write it in html5
