question regarding RS payment options

right now i'm blocked from using paybyphone, sms etc etc
i used fake cc like 4 yrs ago
right now i'm having trouble getting prepaid cards and i'm willing to send Jagex an appeal to get those payment options back..
any one could help me .. if you have done it before .. is it worth a try ?

 

If your blcoked because of a fake card, thats pretty much it unfortunately Dont think theres any way of overturning it!

 

this is what i'm trying to take off .. i cant get on p2p using pbp or pbs
anyone help me please .. yes i used fake credit card years ago since that time i been using prepaid card and pay by cash just to prove loyality to Jagex =(

 

You can't prove your loyality to jagex..
Also you cant get that taken off,the only way to get it is like it says,pay by cash.
