Made this real quick, feel free to give me advice/pointers

Looks good,maybe make the black area a little bit smaller but it looks nice. I definitly get what you were trying to do haha.

 

looks good, that chick takes the attention away from any flaws you would have, so you dont gotta worry about it

 

It's as if you motion blurred and added color. Motion blur isn't the best effect. Try using resources.

This pic wasnt much really, just put a radial gradient on, render the girl on and motion blur and giver her an outer glow. Then do a radial rainbow gradient and use the lasso tool to make a mask.
