Banned account back with 0 BM?

Hey,

I know there's a thread on the runescape forums where you can get your banned account back without any blackmarks.

I've been looking for this thread for about and hour without any results
My friend would like to start rs again so besicly i make this thread for him. The account has some rares on it and he hasn't played since 2005.

Could anyone tell me where to find some information about the thread or some link to it?

Ask a mod on the forums.

 

I think they only put it up like every few months or so, or just did it that one time.

 

They are labeled under the "Contact Us" subforum

 

i think they post it up for a few months every year. search the forums though

That thread has been closed on dec 15th, too bad im still waiting for my appeal, 4 days and still pending, lets hope they unban me, i was afk for 500 days came back manual perm ban from september 9th,,, so idk what i did wrong.

 

It's actually in negative members. Go to start extend a membership you will see.
