    Help with Pay-Pal

    Ok, I need help with Pay-Pal. First off whats the best way to send money but get it back if something goes wrong? Like if i wanted to buy a runescape account, i send the money and if i dont get my item how can i get my cash back?? Thanks (i would also like step by step directions to know how to do this)

    In your case, You would go to the resolution centre in paypal and click dispute a transaction. From there, its self-explanatory.

    That's if they agreed on letting you send a payment without claim & cancel.

    Most of the time people make sure that when they receive any money it's safe for them; your not claiming anything.

    If they so happen to let you send the payment without claim and cancel then do what i heart str told you to do.

    You cannot claim money back on a payment made for a virtual item or service. A lot of people attempt non-receipt or unauthorized disputes, but usually you will lose them if the seller knows what they are doing.

    The only way to get your money back is by paying with a credit card and charging back, but obviously this is abused and smart sellers don't take credit cards.

    Try dealing with reputable dealers so you don't have to worry about getting your cash back
    or at the very least, use a reputable MM
