Scammed by Acidman

Hello.

Here the deal,

I made a thread asking for someone to sell me a Visa Debit Card to verfiy my paypal

Note* TO VERIFY MY PAYPAL

Now , I Didnt get what i payed / Asked for

I asked for visa gift card to VERIFY my paypal.'
I didnt get what I payed for
Therefore I asked for a refund.

As you can see , I didnt get what I payed for.
I didnt recive a refund or any amount therefor scammed.

Paypal charges an initial fee of $1.95 USD to verify a credit or debit card (although it's refunded later). The gift card only had $1.87 on it, hence why it was rejected. Although you did specify that you wanted the card in order to verify your paypal, he also specified what you were getting. As such, I can see that there was a misunderstanding, but I cannot hold him any more responsible than you.
