I cant even load RS?

Ok, Java is up to date, Windows Updates that are essential are updated, FireFox is updated, and still wont even load. It freezes up FF and I have to close everything.

Hints/Tips?

Could it be my firewall or anti-virus? Nothing has changed except SpyBot Search and Destroy and Super AntiSpyware and neither have Real time protection.

 

Restart your computer or try to play on another browser. Or... close everything else. If all else fails, right click on your taskbar on the bottom of your computer, click Task Manager and go to processes. If you see iexplorer.exe or firefox.exe... whatever browser you use; end the process and try to load runescape then.

 

I prefer using FireFox...but it worked on IE. I uninstalled FF and reinstalled it. Still won't load...could it be plug-ins or something? I haven't downloaded any that I know of (extra I mean)...

 

Your java must be bugged or corrupt. If it works on another browser, your Java must be messed with Firefox. Do a reinstallation of Firefox then Java. (Make sure you un-install both properly before re-installing!)
