[Denied]update forum emotes

I am suggesting that we update the emotes. its been long enough.... its time to update the forum emotes to the iphone emojis or at least some new up to date emotes. definitely should also be way more than what we currently have.

would also be dope if we had like a gif search in the post bar similar to discords.

 

I'm afraid people don't care enough about this compared to other things. Mainly people in the spam section would find this beneficial. In the market-specific sections, emojis and gifs are generally not used. Therefore, I doubt it's worth the effort for staff. Might be wrong though.

 

either way... these are very outdated and they aren't hard to change.

 

I agree with @President that the spam forum (aka me) would enjoy these very much. I would make a thread just for @Sythe and send him cryptic emojis.

However, I don't believe it's worth the time and effort to implement new emojis (I understand it probably wouldn't be that difficult). I believe there are far more important issues (your other suggestions) that require more immediate attention.

 

This is something that could maybe be added with a future update but not at this time
