Need reliable Host!

Heyheyhey!

Ok, straight to the point... My pc is a bit of a douche and wont let anyone connect if I portforward. I have done it so many times and like 500 different ways, its ridiculous. And even the runelocus status checker says my server isnt online if I use 127.0.0.1 or 0.0.0.0 which is retarded. So I need a reliable host, Im not asking for a 24/7 hoster, just one that can host alot of the time. If you can do it 24/7 then thats great. And I don't want hamachi, if I wanted Hamachi I could host my server myself, but noone joins hamachi servers so its a waste of time. You can be an owner on the server and I can pay you if I get any donations.
