Recovery Question

Well my account is locked and im trying to recovery it and i put all information in. but it got denied for creation details. the funny thing is previously i put the same creation details and it got accepted why all of a sudden it changes.

 

Try it again, you have to submit it on the same ip you created the account i think.

 

It works better on the same IP. u no all the prev info right

 

yeah rofl it always get accepted the same questions but until now it says creation details in entered it right.

 

I also have account i know password too but its locked, 4 party hat sets on it its from old school but i don't know info to unlock it

You do realize that they do not read your appeals right? It is all automated and reads for certain symbols key information. Unfortunatley, it is not very effective. I would know. I'v tried to appeal with ALL information and been denied 3 occassions. Good luck, You'll need it.

 

I dunno I got 2 accounts back recently hence my recent membership. I played for about 5 year got banned last year and just appealed my password on 2 accts and got them back like nothing happened.

EDIT: I just put at the end that I would provide any past membership information they wanted and it was my acct. and that I just forgot the password since it had been a year.

 

Don't be so ignorant. Jagex DOES read each, and every appeal for both recovery requests and for offenses.

 

Probably just unlucky, try switching the order of the old passwords or something along those lines, you might have a better shot at it getting accepted.

Also, they mess up and deny when they should grant and visa versa. Try again with the same stuff, if it worked before it will do again. Just keep trying.

It all depends on if the system takes it just try to make it sound legit and fill in all the info along with your ip and when you moved in the other info box
