Recovering Rare Named Accounts

As we all know, it gets harder and harder to get a good name on RuneScape. I've seen a guide on "How to get the "RARE NAMES ON RUNESCAPE", link below:

Basically their method was to pretend they forgot the password/moved/ect. I've tried using it without any luck. I even tried recovering names like "Dwq", "X9z", and other names that people clearly just created and never played on. Can this method of recovering old names still be done? Has anyone done it and had success? Just think of all the names people made back in 2001-2004 and didn't have a clue that it would be worth so much nowadays. We can't just let them all go to waste.. If you have a good method of recovering these accounts. Please share it with sythe. Thanks for reading, Atled6543.

 

Nah, the method is like ancient, I remember seeing it like a few years ago, back then it might have worked, because back then it was either, automatic password change, or it was reviewed by team support. Now they made it that you have to wait an hour (to make it seem like it's being reviewed) but during the first few minutes the machine that works with this either accepts it or deny's it, and they make you wait the next 50-55 minutes to make it seem like its a real person reviewing it, but idk, thats just my theory on it.

Ya, the chances of getting one know are really slim. I remember my friend bragging about getting names this way a couple years back, but for the most part I'd say it doesn't work anymore.

 

Oh well, even if you try 30 names, and only get 1. It's still worth it

 

It's possible my current pure that I just made was able to use 2 letters in it's name you gotta keep trying though.It's difficult to get the name but totally worth it!

since it's obvious when the accounts were created, the chances might be higher

My friends got "Runecrafting" "Fishing" "Thieving" "Egypt" "Silver"
It's all luck tho tbh.

I remember back in the day when this guide was being sold. I bought it for 5m and tried recovering hot. In a few days the guide was leaked all over because the guy got temp banned. Anyways I have the account hot to this day.

 

Also, this is against the rules. I think I'll be doing a sweep on this thread?
