I have purchased multiple quests from RS Phoenix each time I have left the quest kit on the account and the worked as completed the quest without my bank pin without any issues.

I recently won a 20m service giveaway though RS Phoenix's discord where I sent them the following quests as priced on there discord

Shadow of the storm - 4m
RFD Evild Dave - 4m
big chompy - 5m
RFD Skratch - 2.5m
Horror from deep - 2.5m
Alfred Grimhand's Barcrawl - 3m

Totaling 21m with the offer to pay the extra 1m

They refused to complete these quests without my bank pin stating the prices of these quests are doubled without access to my bank.


Nowhere on there sythe dose it say this,
Nowhere in there price list dose it say this,
Nowhere in there tos dose it say this
Nowhere on the giveaway did it say this

False advertising as nowhere anywhere dose it say I need to give my bank pin to unlock this 50% discount

They have paid my 20m 07 but continue to false advertise

Our ToS (to which you agreed: https://i.imgur.com/uRUEbQi.png) clearly say: 5. We can refuse any order without explanation.

Offered him a bunch of other options how we can claim 20m from giveaway if he don't want to pay extra for questing without bank pin, and he took 20m in coins.
And as I mentioned to him, we can do skilling like agility and other stuff which doesn't require bank pin with the same price, but last time we worked for questing on his account and it was way too hard without it so we refuse to do more questing to him, unless he pay us double the price.

 

Yes the issue is you advertise you service at one price but that price is only available if I agree to a hidden stipulation that is mentioned nowhere.

You have the right to refuse any order but you are still false advertising.

 

give us bank pin and we will do for price which is listed in thread without any issues, like to all other customers, we even give discounts for bigger orders.
Otherwise we refuse to do questing for you unless you pay double price.

as I told you earlier, there's nothing in ToS for this because each order without bank pin case is being done individually before placing order, some orders are same price without bank pin, some orders are a bit extra, some orders are double price. We also offered to do skilling for you without bank pin for listed prices but you didn't want that too.

 

well I already explained everything to you in discord, not sure why you even created this, even why I did exception for you and paid 20m in gold, not in service voucher. I'll wait for mods to say their word regarding this but I really see no violation nor other servers having something in ToS regarding bank pins.

 

You do not advertise the prices that are available unless a hidden condition is met

There is no mention of this hidden condition anywhere on your sythe page or discord service
