Indie Music

So anyone else into Indie? What are your reasons for liking Indie? I'd have to say because the bands play their music purely, they haven't sold out and they play the music because they love it. Also post your top 5 Indie bands.

Who says other musicians don't play music because they love it?

Also, I swear that #2 are "sold out"
Not a big fan of Indie on that note, but almost all of my cousins are

 

I meant a majority of current artists don't play for the love of it. Best time for music was Pre-70s imo.

 

I'm into Indie, Libertines, babyshambles and also 80s Madchester bands such as my favourite Stone roses, and the smiths, also james are amazing. Top bands are In my opinion.
