Simple Help Needed

Well, I'm brand new to photoshop , After i got it, I have the portable addition,

I just took a icon from a game, and all i want to do is change the color,

So say its black right now, and theres a feature that makes it all the color you want so say, black/white to green/blue?

I urgently need this, Thanks for the help. ^^

 

Are you talking about the foreground and background colors?

 

Yeah a picture of what your trying to change would help alot.

 

Hmm press Ctrl + U, and change the hue to what ever color you want.

If that doesn't work, maybe you can go to layer -> New layer ajustment -> gradient map, and pick the color u want.
