Paypal has been stressing me out a bunch these past few weeks. I sold my main runescape account (lvl 100 with 99 magic) for $45 two weeks ago and received $42 via paypal so I can buy a download that costs $24 USD from ellusionist. Then I realized that I have a spending limit of $0 because I am unverified.

Someone told me that if I made a Canadian paypal account, I would have a spending limit of $1399 Can, so that is what I did, and here I am now.

I am selling all the info for my US unverified paypal account with $42.94 in it for $30 USD sent to my Canadian paypal account.
