[Webcam]Needing help

Hey,

I bought a Packard Bell Easynote like.. 4 months ago?It has a webcam, but MSN doesn't detect it and I have no idea how to get it to work.

Could anyone help?

MS-Model :HERA G

I have Windows Vista, 550 GB HDD, 4 GB RAM.

No.

What do I need to install etc..?

 

There should have been software included with the product

 

It's a laptop...

 

You have to set up the webcam Via MSN.

First click on file, then tools, then scroll down to audio and video set up.

Then select your audio device if you have one, if not skip it and then it should come to video set up. There should be an option to choice the video device in the scroll down bar, click on your webcam and then apply.

 

Go to device manager, Imaging Devices, Right Click Webcam and See if its enabled.
