Selling Rs2 hats for trade price + $ or rsc stuff

pretty much the title says it all
i managed to get an old account of mine unbanned but with the trade cap i have got no way to give the items to my other account
i also know that party hats are worth well above there trade price and are almost impossible to buy
a friend linked me up with this site

so yea what i want to do is sell the party hat to you for trade price + $AUD or rsc items of equal value

i got all hats except for a purple as it was a failed attempt to pvp trick it over to my other account

all i have is paypal so far but if the other stuff is easy to set up i might start doing that depending on what people use
