F2P Pure training

Anywhere i can train my pure Monks are shit xp/hr.

Try flesh crawlers or barbarians.

 

Al kharid guards, with salmon as food.

 

Guards till 45 or 50 then fleshies.
you could also try men if you find a world with noone in the house just keep 1hitting em.
Also you could do minos if you wanna make a tiny bit of cash or hillies for the same reason (50 str recommended)

 

Al kharid guards and flesh crawlers are both excellent options. You can also go to minotaurs and get some iron arrows for future ranged training

 

Minotaurs, Skeletons, Barbarians, Gaurds.

 

Flesh crawlers for the rest of your F2P life

 

Yeah, Flesh crawlers all the way. Also if you wanna train range you can hide behind the bones on the floor there, incase ya didn't know

 

F2P is the pits....

Get Members go rock crabs , You'll Get Absolutley no where in F2P...

 

Maybe he wants to train to 40-80-1 in F2P then become a member?

 

He specifically said f2p, there's obviously a reason he isn't p2p.

On-topic: Fresh crawlers.

 

I'd say Al Kharid Guards, buy Kebabs from the Kebab shop, next to the Furnace. They sell for 1gp each although you have to repetitivly click and this can get anoying in order to obtain a full inventory. This is very cheap and can be very effective food.
When you're 60 Strength, move onto Flesh Crawlers as you'll kill them a lot quicker and will not get hit as much (They hit 1's nearly every hit at 1 Defence)

Others have suggested; Al-k guards and fleshcrawlers as your best options, Which is true for xp/hr. I personally would try hobgoblins at about 60-65 strength and bring a few (4-8) trout/salmon. you can get decent xp and Limpwurt roots sell for over 1k each and drop very commonly.

 

Flew crawlers imo.
