I have a question, my post on #help on sythe discord got deleted. I know staff or someone can help me, So If someone bought an account from me and he got it banned, do i still get the full payment of what we agreed on? But the problem is this, i told him to bot and use “osmb” its a private bot. And he got banned using that tho i told him its safe to use and i used myself an example as i didnt get banned for maxing my main. I guaranteed him it wont get banned as base on my experience, But also the thing is, he got options to make and to consider, he took the risk right? He have his own decision if he will bot or not.

It was iron with almost 3b bank, scythe/tbow/inferno etc.. if anyone is wondering

 

I can't tell you what the mods will agree on however I can give my own opinion on it. He should still pay you in full because it was his decision to use the bot and take that risk.

Now if he didn't use the bot at all and the account was banned for botting then.... it all depends on what you told him and if he agreed to still buy it.

 

Record was clean when i sold it to him, now its perma banned. He told me if it wont get unbanned i wont get paid anymore

 

If the record was clean then its on him. He will still need to pay you.

It depends on your Terms of Service (TOS). Was it explicitly explained in your TOS that if the account was banned due to botting, then you are not responsible, and the buyer still has to pay full price

Side note, if you get the account back and appeal the ban saying someone hacked your account, there is a chance the account will be unbanned

 

Theres no TOS, or something. It was like 2 weeks or 3 weeks already since he purchased it. Then he got it banned while botting.

 

He is saying, if it wont get unbanned he wont be paying me anymore, he is saying if i didnt say about botting he wouldnt do it

 

He showed me screenshot, it the first offense yes. But its permanent ban already

 

Yes, but what if it wont get unbanned, is he require to pay me still?
