    1.0 - Introduction
» Are you really bored at the moment and will be for a very long time?
Do you like raping people hard in Bounty Hunter or PvP Worlds?
Do you like alot of questing and skilling?
Well then the Berserker Pure is the thing for you!

Berserker Pures (Zerkers) is the member version of Rune Pures, Rune pure were trained as pures, finished Dragon Slayer, gotten to 40 defense and maxed with rune. Berserkers are a fully quested way to 45 Defense with only needing Bandos Tassets & Dragonfire Shield to achieve the full Strength bonus, thus making them hit very hard.

Optionally, Berserker pures can also go a easier and much quicker way to ownage, by only getting Rune Gloves from Recipe for Diseaster and not finishing alot of quests. being a much cheaper, faster method, alot of people do this, altough nothing beats a serious Barrow Gloves'd Berserker.

Notabene; If your new to Pures or even Runescape, dont even try making a Berserker pure, they require alot of dedication, willpower, knowledge and time.

    __________________________________________________________________________

2.0 - Creating your very own Berserker.
Firstly you would want a cool name, and please, do not ruin our reputation by naming your account something like X Pwn X or I r 1337 zerk, for the love of noodles, name it with a real name :). Try to keep the names just in between of long and middle.

Good examples of Berserker Pure names:
    Echodius
    Arcainzor
    Akenziroth
    Nellemose
    Zekourpa
    Geradozix
    Bloodvein

    __________________________________________________________________________

3.0 - Im outta Tut island, now what?
Firstly you would want to get all your lamps, and about 20k cash.
Get yourself a membership, not required, but i wont cover anything special F2P here.
Preferably use all your lamps on hitpoints, as Waterfall quest easily replaces spending them on Strength/Attack.
    __________________________________________________________________________

    4.0 - Planning your Journey
As i mentioned earlier, finishing an Berserker pure will not only require alot of time, but alot of planning. I will split this part into 2 parts.

    Part 4.1. Funding
Berserker Pures usually cost alot of money, both for training and questing, so how are you gonna fund it? Well heres some examples:

Hunter, Hunter is a great method for Zerkers to earn some money, its a bit boring, but very easy and clean. I myself went all the way to 99 and it funded almost my entire journey.

Slayer, Slayer is very great for Berserker Pures, altough i reccomend you starting very early on it. Slayer takes alot of time, but also you will need to train your combat stats, so its not too bad at all. At 85 Slayer is the time where the cash starts flowing in. My friend went to play for 4 hours on a saturday and got a thrilling 4 whips, at that time whips were 2.2m, so thats a grand total of 8.8 Million GP! Now doesnt that sound awesome next to Hunter's 270k an hour?

Merchanting, I have never been any good at this, but my friend earned a thrilling 180 Million gp within a month of solo merching. Altough, do NEVER EVER join a merchanting clan, its only the Ranked people who earn any money at all.

Chaos Druids, Chaos Druids are running really great at the moment, my friend managed to gather 280k GP on his pure within an hour, pretty good cash, and earns good xp.

Part 4.2. How will i train?
Berserker Pures go insanely fast to train next to pures, I would reccomend getting all your cash first, Buy a Saradomin Sword, all the Scimitars and bows & arrows. Do NEVER EVER NEVER EVER NEVER! Train defence as a Berserker pure, it ruins pretty much all the stuff you've worked on. Berserker pures are QUESTED all the fricken way to 45 Defense, unless your going for the "easy way".

    Training spots & methods.

Rock Crabs (North Relekka), Usually very crowded and takes some time to switch crabs. This is a great spot, altough there are alot better spots, both in XP and Levels.
    Levels: 10-60 Attack & 20-70 Strength.
    Rating: 5/10.

Experiments (In the cave you enter when you go under the Gravestone to kill one of the experiments), Experiments are great for low levels, for them being so low level, 100 HP and low defense, and not being crowded at all!
Theres a bit of space between them, but the respawn rate is quick, and its not hard to find them, Requires to start Creature of Fenkenstrain.
Levels: 30-?? Attack & 30-75 Strength. These should not be ranged or maged.
    Rating: 6/10.

Yaks (Neitiznot Island), Yaks are a extremely potent spot for training, giving great ammounts of experience, altough its pretty crowded by rangers, I've reached up to 60k Strength XP an hour using this. Yaks require you to start The Fremminik Isles.
Levels: Any, but wear some armour and preferably some food.
Rating: 7/10, Because this spot can be fantastic for not too well armoured Berserkers when it is not crowded.

Ghouls (Right next to the gate leading you to the Mort Myre Swamp next to Canifis), These provide great experience, usually no people at all, altough you need some food, and banking is just tedious, overall great experience tho.
Levels: 30+ Strength+Attack, and keep your armour up. Requires to finish Priest in Peril.
    Rating: 8/10.

    Soul Wars
, Soul Wars is a Pest Control-like minigame in a portal in edgeville giving you Zeals, which you can exchange for lots of experience.
Levels: 80+ Of the stat you wish to train.
Rating: 9/10, This almost takes the cake, but it does not always work as you want and you tend to lose the game and thus not always bringing alot of experience, no matter what clan your in.

    Armoured Zombies
, Armoured Zombies are located in the cave under the altar in the Chaos Temple in the early wilderness north of varrock. This spot will not require any special food or something, except a good eye on detail and focus, you will be using Prayer here, so you will need to get up from the cave and recharge your prayer every now and then. And sadly, there is always a but: But you will need a Salve Amulet (E), Which the Salve Amulet is obtained from the Haunted Mine quest, and then enchanted by doing the Lair of Tarn Razorlor miniquest.
Levels: 70+ Strength and Attack, preferably when your this low, use potions.
Rating: Flattering Experience, so this will get a 10/10.

These are the main training spots, altough i'd stick to the ones for making money, UNTILL i'm happy with my money.

    5.0 - Questing

This will be split into 3 parts.

Berserker Pures take really alot of questing, and here i will cover most.

    Quest's To Get 45 Defense:

    The Fremennik Trials
    2,813 Defense Exp

    Dragon Slayer
    18,650 Defense Exp

    Monkey Madness
    20,000 Defense Exp

    Nature Spirit
    2,000 Defense Exp

    Holy Grail
    15,300 Defense Exp

    In Search of the Myreque
    600 Defense Exp

    In Aid of the Myreque
    2,000 Defense Exp

    Quest's To Up Prayer:
I do reccomend doing all of these quests, since you will be needing them sometime anyways. But!, most of these can be replaced by offering bones to a gilded POH altar.

    Holy Grail
    11,000 Prayer Exp

    Swans Song
    10,000 Prayer Exp

    Making History
    1,000 Prayer Exp

    Mountain Daughter
    1,000 Prayer Exp

    Recruitment drive
    1,000 Prayer Exp

    Restless Ghost
    1,125 Prayer Exp

    Priest in Peril
    1,400 Prayer Exp

    Ghosts Ahoy
    2,400 Prayer Exp

    Rag and bone man
    5,500 Prayer Exp

    Rum Deal
    7,000 Prayer Exp

    Spirits Of The Elid
    8,000 Prayer Exp

Really Important Non-Defense/Prayer XP giving quests.

    Desert Treasure
Who doesnt want Ice Barrage and or Blitz?

    Lunar Diplomacy
Vengeance is a really big must for high level PK'ing.

    Recipe for Disaster
Now for this quest, when your Rescuing Sir Amik Varze, you would need to start Legends quest, and most would think that would mean getting all the stats and then doing the quests, which is a NO! All you need is to enter The Legends Guild, start the quest, read the map thingy, head to Shilo Village, next to the waterfall and cut your way trough that damn jungle, needing no stats at all.

    __________________________________________________________________________

    6.0 - PK'ing
As a Berserker pure it can get pretty tedious when you get to PK'ing, and i will cover the first few steps. ALWAYS try to get used on PKing at your level before you start going serious, try invite some pure friends to duel arena so you'll know when to specc.

    Whip/Scim-DDS (Veng)

    Setup:
    Helm: Berserker/Fighter
    Amulet: Strength/Glory
    Body: Rune/Rockshell/Torso
    Legs: Rune/Rockshell
    Boots: Climbers

Pures: If you would see a quick and easy pure here, possibly on a pvp world, snap up on a veng, wait a few seconds and run on directly with DDS, hope for a auto retalite and veng again. Pures are usually quick kills. For some hard fights, if its a maxed out pure with very high attack and high strength which could possibly 3 shot you: Safe up, its no shame if they could bring out D Claws and 1 hit you or DDS 34-34, Whenever they bring out theyr speccing weapon, take out yours also, veng and hope for a quick kill. Maxed out pures can be really hard if played right, stay safe on using your specc, no matter how low theyr defense is.

Mains: Follow same tactic as pures, but try to specc a little more offensive, as most On-Main K0's come with Whip+Veng.

Dharoker's: I wouldnt really try to take on these with melee, you could get lucky on veng, but it might not be the risk you would want to take.

    Crossbow-DDS/Claws (Main Raper)

    Setup:
Armour here is optional, altough i prefer to use a Berserker helm, with Black Dragonhide, Barrow Gloves & Climbers.

Get some nice diamond+ bolts and ready yourself to rape some mains. Most would think going on DDS would be a very stupid idea on a full barrow armoured main, but actually it can be extremely powerful. Mains usually panic alot, so Crossbows are ideal against them. Then it comes to the hard point, the DDS or Claws, lets just say that as soon as they panic they would try with theyr little DDS to hit you with a 18-12, this is the time to strike. This just seems stupid, but check for yourself, even with 60 Attack i dropped 2 mains in 2 mins. Click HERE to watch it!

    Barrage-Crossbow-DDS

    Setup:
    Helm: Berserker
    Amulet: Glory
    Body: Mystic Robe
    Legs: Black D'Hide
    Boots: Climbers

Equip the Crossbow and a couple of dragon bolts, Head up to your victim and start barraging him, as he drops pretty low and or Prays against Magic, hit him with your crossbow and hope for a high hit, run up with DDS and hope for a quick K0. This works on anybody.

This is the most common and best PK'ing methods as a Berserker pure i can think off, please be extra creative on feebacking this part.

    7.0 - Credits
    Myself:For making the guide?
Echodius:For thaughts on how you can do it differently.
Akenziroth:Great ideas on how to make money and where to train.

My zerker pure is 99/99/46 :( low range and mage, so i tend to use just melee atm. I wear vesta's corrupt top, bottoms and statius' helm. as well as glory, whip and zerker ring (i) etc.. Then just do some old school pking techniques like waiting for combos etc.. tends to work but i'm 105 combat and not many people will fight me my level so i sometimes have to settle for 115+s which defeats the point in being a zerker pure lol :p

Nice guide, too bad theres no pics. but very informative. I suggest adding the requirements for all the quests you mention. would really bring depth to the guide.

You should change the title to Berserker PKERS. Since Berserkers technically aren't pures.
