MisteriousFear CoD:MW2 CD Key Scammer

So originally he PMed me looking to sell a roster ride, but eventually I saw that he was selling CoD and L4D2 keys for extremely cheap, thought it was too good to be real so I decided to buy one. Low and behold it's a foreign key, from what my friend says it is a Russian key. When I confronted him he said "I didn't specify a region" when he never asked me to specify one, I thought I was paying for a key that would work on steam period. Here are the screenshots of the logs and the key not being avaliable to be activated on my account.
