I am at a computer a lot, but I have found by eaten healthier and drinking water more ofter than pop or junk food helps a lot.

Also if you drive to places that are walking distance, try to walk there more than drive.

I weighed about 235 in May have been doing this since, and have dropped about 65 pounds.
