What happens if you do not restore negative balance on PayPal ?

I was wondering if I should pay the $40 or so that I owe them. Please only post if you are positive what your saying. It doesn't help if you are just making assumptions. Thanks.

 

I'll be honest, i have an old paypal, with my REAL info, INCLUDING my social security number which is in debt $225. I never ever paid it back and it's been like 2 years. I don't ever plan on it even though i get phone calls.

 

I think they just close your account and might consider legal actions. My account has a negative balance of $3.18 because someone scammed me on here (DhDDL, faggot). I don't think they'll do anything if it's something low except close your account.

 

I had a paypal at -100 once with my actual info. They kept calling me and forced me to pay the money.

Had -200, same thing happened. Paid 40 dollars and told em go fuck yourself.

They call EVERYDAY wich is annoying I get a couple letters here and there but eh I doubt their gonna do anything if they don't do anything after almost 2 years I doubt they are gonna do anything at all.

 

They contacted a credit collection agency to get their money, thats why you get calls.

When you get older and try to take out loans to buy a car, a house, or to pay for school you'll know why your loan got declined (your credit score is shit).

I owed them $242, and I paid it with basically all my savings at the time (I had just turned 17, no job). It sucked, but hey paying it off BUILT me credit and actually helped me get approved for my student loans.

 

Lol thats like how my brother got a bad credit rating for not paying a $1 fee on his phone. He was declined a loan XD.


I used to have -$10 lol, after 1 year i just paid it back, though there was no contact from paypal.

 

That's actually true daily. My moms credit score is perfect. She never ever missed a payment.

 

Can you get declined loans from money you owe on your phone?

Ive had a negative credit and I repeatedly had phone calls from a debt collection agency who were awful

Then one day I got a bill sent saying I have to pay within 30 days else they will send bailiffs round to take stuff.
So I got in touch with them and they looked into some past transactions and found I had bought a pc from australia which I did not do so my paypal must have been hacked.

Since then they resolved my cases so I now owe nothing.
But I left it till they made me call them tbh so upto you what you do

 

Nothing happens i have negative balance too.

 

I got like 10 Paypals with negative credit, nothing happened.

 

me too i've had nothing happen except phone calls.

 

many stories have come around that they'll sue you for it but im sure they dont. it'll sit there limited for all eternity. unless its a large amount.

 

You get a few calls (If you did real info).

I have -$37 on a account with fake info luckily.
