Blindakilla, admin of Vorbb.com has found a solution to making your USERNAME into an IMAGE for MyBB. I'm not sure if there was already a way to do this but this is a very easy and simple way to do it, no downloading needed. Just root access to your FTP.

If only this was for SMF. Good job

 

In SMF you can easily make your username an image by putting it in the database. However, if you run a shoutbox, it displays there.

It'd take a bit of modification, wouldn't be too difficult, but yeah.

It also displays on the online list.

This mod wouldn't be too difficult to make, but the extra plugins and shit would require editing on the part of the webmaster.
